As a result of the psychological evaluations I perform I have experience with in-court testimony wherein I further explain my findings and recommendations, provide expert opinion and assist the trier of fact in coming to a fair and accurate verdict. I have extensive experience providing expert testimony on forensic matters pertaining to malingering and deception in psychological testing results, psychological factors in medical conditions, mitigating factors at sentencing, domestic violence, immigrant families experiencing psychological hardship and questions pertaining to treatment for addictions and other behavioral and emotional difficulties. I have received training in expert witness testimony and report writing through the American Academy of Forensic Psychology.
